Liberated Living (Effective Date: April 6, 2026)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Liberated Living LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of liberatedlivingstudio.com and all related services, offerings, content, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, using, inquiring about, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Scope of Services
The Services may include, but are not limited to:
Interior styling and design services
Design consultations and vision sessions
Curated design plans and concepts
Procurement support and sourcing guidance
Artistic works, commissions, and original artwork
Digital content, communications, and written materials
Website content, portfolio materials, and visual presentations
All Services are provided by Liberated Living LLC.
2. Nature of Services
All Services are creative, aesthetic, and advisory in nature. The Company provides design direction, styling guidance, and artistic recommendations.
The Company does not provide:
Architectural services
Engineering services
Construction services
Electrical, plumbing, or structural services
Contractor supervision or project management unless expressly agreed in writing
You acknowledge that you are responsible for hiring and managing licensed professionals where required.
3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about your space, needs, and constraints
Reviewing and approving all design decisions
Verifying measurements, site conditions, and feasibility
Coordinating contractors, vendors, and installations
Ensuring all work complies with applicable laws and codes
The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information or changes made by third parties.
4. Payments and Purchases
Certain Services may be available for purchase directly through the website, including consultations, digital offerings, or other limited-scope services.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with that offering. All payments made through the website are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
For full-service design engagements and larger projects, payment terms, scope, and conditions will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and the Company.
5. Procurement and Third-Party Purchases
Where the Company provides sourcing or procurement support:
All purchases are ultimately made by or on behalf of the Client.
The Company does not manufacture or control third-party products.
Availability, pricing, shipping, and quality are subject to third-party vendors.
The Company is not responsible for:
Delays, damages, or defects
Vendor errors or substitutions
Shipping or logistics issues
Returns, refunds, or exchanges with third-party vendors
You are responsible for reviewing vendor terms and managing returns unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The Company does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, mood boards, layouts, renderings, artistic works, and materials provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited license to use the materials for your personal project only.
You may not:
Reproduce, share, or distribute designs
Use designs for commercial or resale purposes
Replicate or reuse designs across multiple properties
Use materials for competitive or professional purposes
The Company retains the right to use design work, images, and project materials for portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Photography and Portfolio Use
The Company may photograph, document, or otherwise capture completed or in-progress spaces for portfolio, editorial, marketing, and business purposes. Reasonable efforts may be made to avoid identifying personal details where appropriate; however, anonymity is not guaranteed. If you require confidentiality or restrictions on usage, this must be agreed to in writing in advance.
8. Disclaimers
All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Design outcomes are subjective and based on aesthetic judgment.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
Specific visual outcomes
Personal satisfaction
Resale value or financial impact
Durability or performance of third-party products
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of use, value, or opportunity
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes
Issues arising from third-party vendors, contractors, or materials
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Third-Party Professionals
You acknowledge that any contractors, installers, or vendors you engage are independent third parties. The Company is not responsible for their work, performance, conduct, or compliance.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in any class action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
13. Modifications
The Company may update or modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
